For example, if you order a gift membership online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's address.

If you are still concerned about the safety of your credit card information online, you may also submit contributions or other payment to the NJAS and/or CMBO via phone order or by mailing a check as directed by the order instructions on the online nature store (FeatherEdge Optics) pages of our website.

The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when becoming a member, making a gift, registering for a program or event, or placing an order only to complete that transaction. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the transaction.

We use the information you provide about someone else when giving them a gift membership, making a tribute gift, registering that person for a program or event, or placing an order for them only to notify that person about the gift membership or tribute gift, that the program or event registration was made on their behalf, or to ship product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that transaction.

New Jersey Audubon Society and the Cape May Bird Observatory will not sell, swap or otherwise disseminate your email address or phone number to any other individuals or organizations. From time to time, we may elect to swap US Postal Service mailing lists with other non-profit organizations who share similar goals. However, that is the extent of the information we will share. We do not provide personally identifiable information to any commercial, for-profit organizations.
